If my insurance is accepted, what is included?
In-home or virtual consultations. This includes anything from prenatal to post delivery, or even months later, such as breastfeeding, bottle, pumping, weaning, introducing solids etc.

How to determine if I am eligible for an insurance covered consult?
Visit my personal link from The Lactation Network and fill out the form Then, we will both receive emails if approved for an in-home or tele-health visit.

What if my insurance is not approved?
I’m so sorry! Lactation support services is an uphill battle with insurance companies and we are working tirelessly to change that. However, we can still work together!
You will be responsible for paying up front, then I will provide you with a super bill after our consultation that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note reimbursement is not guaranteed.

What are your COVID-19 precautions?
I am fully vaccinated and double boosted. I will ask your preference for if you would like me to wear a mask during an in-home visit. I will ask to wash my hands immediately upon entry and use disposable gloves if needed.

You can cancel within 24hrs of your appointment to receive a full refund.
